Vial of Life Program Available to Community

The Vial of Life Program Can Save Lives!

The Vial of Life program is available to all citizens in the community. This potentially life saving information provides responding firefighters and paramedics easy access to vital patient information when it is most critical.

These vials may be obtained at any of the three Southern Marin Fire Stations. Each Vial of Life includes a sheet of information that is filled out with patient medical information including patient's medical history, medication taken, any allergies the patient may have, and family emergency contact information. It should be posted on your refrigerator for easy access by responders. There is also a sticker included which may be posted on or near the patient's front door.

The locations of the Southern Marin fire stations are listed below.

Station 1; 333 Johnson St. in Sausalito, 289-4155
Station 4; 309 Poplar Rd. in Tam Valley, 380-1101
Station 9; 308 Reed Blvd. in Strawberry, 388-8182

Please consider participating in this valuable life saving program.

Vials are available now. Interested persons may stop by any of the fire stations during normal business hours (9 am to 5 pm), or call ahead to schedule a pick up time.
