Surveying will begin during the week of February 13th, 2023, and outreach effort consists of phone calls, emails, and text messages. District residents will be randomly selected to participate in this survey and responses will be completely confidential.

Caltrans Traffic Advisory: Daytime Lane Closures for Vegetation Reduction Work in Sausalito
Caltrans will continue segment 2 of its roadside vegetation reduction work in February along US-101 in Sausalito. This work reflects Caltrans’ partnership with the Southern Marin Fire District and is part of a state-wide effort to reduce fires throughout California.

Lower Half of Manzanita Park and Ride Lot in Tam Valley To Close Due to Projected High Tides

The Office of the State Fire Marshal has added an additional 60-day public comment period for the regulatory adoption of State Responsibility Area Fire Hazard Severity Zones. The public comment period is now a total of 110 days and closes on April 4, 2023.
