Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan is a vehicle that propels us towards our Vision, ensuring that we are achieving our Mission and meeting or exceeding the expectations of our Community. Our 2016-2020 plan was developed using a stakeholder driven process based on best industry practices and the methodology prescribed by the Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE) and Fire and Emergency Service Self Assessment Manual (FESSAM). Our plan was adopted by the Board of Directors in February 2016. We continue to re-visit elements of this plan as our organization changes, necessitating a re-visit on specific elements of the plan.
