• Oversee Job Descriptions and compensation for the Southern Marin Fire Protection District.
• Maintain and manage benefits for the employees of the Southern Marin Fire Protection District.
• Coordinate labor negotiations and the development of Employment Agreements.
• Establish and interpret human resources policies and procedures.
• Manage the Southern Marin Fire Protection District 's comprehensive worker's compensation program.
• Oversee employee performance management.
• Oversee budget and position control.
• Maintain personnel files and the Southern Marin Fire Protection District Staff Directory.
