Our chipper program continues to be a valuable service to the residents of Sausalito, Mill Valley and the communities of Tam Valley, Homestead Valley, Strawberry, Alto Sutton, Almonte and Tiburon. After residents have partnered with three or more homes within distance to their home to clear brush, they can call our Vegetation Management Specialist to schedule a chipper and crew to chip and haul away the material free of charge. We also perform large scale chipper projects to predetermine geographical areas. A letter is mailed out about two weeks in advance to the predetermined groups so the residents have time to cut and stack the brush or to call the Vegetation Management Specialist with any questions or concerns they might have.
